Come and join for fabulous sushi experience.

This class includes: 

• How to make nigiri (fish on rice) sushi 

• Variety of sushi rolls (spicy tuna roll, California roll, tuna cucumber roll, etc.) 

• Miso soup

 

Our instructor will show demonstration of cooking sushi rice, cutting and preparing fish, presenting and serving sushi dishes with the garnishes & sauces.  You can learn these topics in just hours. With your family, with your friends, with your neighbors...it will be fun.

 

Students are required to bring your own kitchen knife (but not fruits knife) and apron.

Please note that due to preparation for fresh food materials, $80 tuition is non-refundable for rescheduling and cancellation within 48 hours of the course schedule.  Subject to cancel the course if students are less than 7.
